Tips for donating!

  1. Please inform your customer care agent when booking your service that you have items suitable for donation.
  2. Please separate the items you wish to donate from your other stuff.  If you are donating small housewares, please box these separately.
  3. If you have fragile items, such as a lamp, be sure to wrap them carefully to prevent them from being damaged during transport.
  4. Upon the arrival of our staff, please notify them that you have items to be donated.
