Tips for donating!
- Please inform your customer care agent when booking your service that you have items suitable for donation.
- Please separate the items you wish to donate from your other stuff. If you are donating small housewares, please box these separately.
- If you have fragile items, such as a lamp, be sure to wrap them carefully to prevent them from being damaged during transport.
- Upon the arrival of our staff, please notify them that you have items to be donated.
